Local Data
Screenshots and recordings are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your captured content on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information only for the following purposes:

What we do NOT do:
- Send marketing emails without separate consent
- Sell personal information to third parties

5. Your Rights
You may request the following at any time:

You can delete your account directly from the settings page. Other requests can be sent to macshutter.official@gmail.com and will be processed within 72 hours after identity verification.
6. How We Protect Your Information
- Data transmission encrypted via HTTPS
- Passwords stored with one-way encryption (not stored when using OAuth)
- Minimized access permissions
- Regular security updates
7. Children's Privacy
MacShutter does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that a user under 14 has signed up, we will immediately delete the account and associated information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy via in-service notice or email. For significant changes, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice.
